SG Consultancy is a new Kirk Global Ltd company, formed specifically to support insurers in their handling of litigation arising from credit hire companies' excessive charges.
As a result of the escalating costs of credit hire many insurers are now considering withdrawing from the ABI General Terms Agreement and therefore reverting to more preferential commercial rates.
SG Consultancy, headed by Director Steph Goeting, has many years' experience in claims management. Steph Goeting herself has specific expertise in the credit hire industry where she spent some time as Director of Operations for a leading provider of credit hire services.
Her expertise is utilised to prepare ‘spot hire' comparison rates in preparation for litigation on defended credit hire claims.
SG Consultancy can assist in dealing with claims of inpecuniousity by a claimant on more high profile claims, whilst also developing strategies with insurer partners to challenge credit hire companies' questionable practices, through investigation and training of insurance staff.
