In order to ensure quality we have led the way in the Investigation Industry by creating our own standard Code of Practice. All staff are given in-house training to ensure that they comply at all times with the code. This, together with our method of operation, extends well beyond standard commercial requirements. Our code covers areas such as entrapment and compliance with the law relating to the Human Rights and Data Protection Acts. All employees are subjected to Criminal Records Bureau checks to ensure integrity of an investigation.

Every member of the Kirk International surveillance team is a salaried employee. None of this work is sub-contracted, allowing us to guarantee consistency, quality and professionalism in the way our work is undertaken and presented to the client.
